The Finance & Payroll Module integrates
five basic sub modules, but can be customized according to the
needs of each client:
Payroll Management System (PMS) -
Computerized payroll module for monitoring and managing the
payroll process.
Assets Management System (AMS) -
Keeps track of the client's assets, fixed and current.
Expense & Purchase System (E&PS) -
Sub module designed to track all expenses and purchases. It
replaces expense report and purchase order forms.
Budget Management System (BMS) -
Designed to handle and track all budgetary information.
Banking & Cash Flow System (BCFS) -
Tracks banking and cash flow information.
In addition, the module allows for entry of
daily transactions and the reporting of customized Trial
Balance, General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet over
any period defined in the database.
